Güvenlik nedeniyle Google, hesap silme gibi işlemlerden önce kimliğinizi tazelemenizi isteyebilir. E-posta ve şifreyle giriş yaptıysanız şifreniz sorulur; Google ile giriş yaptıysanız hesap seçme penceresi açılır.

E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa, ezerogluburak@gmail.com adresine hesabınızın e-posta adresiyle yazın. Talepler 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

Kalıcı olarak silinir:

Hesabınız ve e-posta adresiniz
Bulut kaydınız (altın, seviyeler, mana, istatistikler)
Cihazınızdaki oyun ilerlemesi

Kısa süre daha saklanabilir: kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmeyen toplu kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları. Bunlar sizi tanımlamaz ve en fazla 90 gün içinde otomatik olarak silinir.

Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. İlerlemenizi korumak istiyorsanız hesabınızı silmek yerine oturumu kapatabilirsiniz.

Deleting from inside the app

Open the game and sign in to your account.
Tap the gear icon on the main screen.
Tap Delete account in the panel that opens.
Read the warning and confirm with Delete.

For security, Google may ask you to confirm your identity before a sensitive action like account deletion. If you signed in with email and password you will be asked for your password; if you signed in with Google, the account picker will appear.

Requesting by email

If you cannot access the app, write to ezerogluburak@gmail.com from the email address of your account. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Permanently deleted:

Your account and email address
Your cloud save (gold, levels, mana, statistics)
The game progress on your device

May be kept a little longer: aggregated usage statistics and crash reports that are not linked to your identity. These do not identify you and are deleted automatically within 90 days at most.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your progress, sign out instead of deleting your account.
